Verifications
Enrollment Verifications
Enrollment verifications are now
processed through the National Student Loan Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site.
To access this information, you will need to:

Login to CougarNet
-
Select the Enrollment Services Tab
-
Under services, select "Enrollment
Verification"
-
Select "Obtain Report"
-
Select "Obtain Report" again
-
Select an Enrollment Certificate
The enrollment verification
certificate provided by the National Student Loan Clearinghouse is
the official enrollment verification for Columbus State University.
** Please Note:
The Enrollment status is based on the number of hours enrolled during a
semester, excluding withdrawn courses.
The Office of the Registrar will issue an enrollment
verification only in the following circumstances:

GPA verification required for
insurance purposes (insurance form MUST be attached)
-
International student with no
valid Social Security Number on file
-
Enrollment status change
(dropping/adding classes not yet reported to the Clearinghouse)
-
Military Dependent renewing
identification and/or Tri-Care benefits
Note: Enrollment is verified
for CURRENT or PAST semesters only. CURRENT enrollment will be verified
after the schedule change period has ended.
To obtain verification of enrollment as stated above, you must submit an
Enrollment Verification form to the Registrar’s Office with
any requested documentation.
