Graduation Information

Graduation is an important time in your life. To be eligible to graduate as you move closer to completing degree requirements, you must apply online and pay a non-refundable fee of $60.00. There is a deadline for applying for graduation—it being the last day of school the prior term of your anticipated graduation term.

The “Graduation To Do List” is the necessary steps to take prior to your graduation date. Remember you must apply before the deadline, review your DER (undergraduate students only) to see if any adjustments are needed, order your cap and gown if you plan to participate in the graduation ceremony.

There are two ceremonies each year--Fall and Spring. The Graduation Ceremony link provides information about the ceremony. This link will let you know the date, where and time of the ceremony. This gives you an opportunity to inform your family and guests know about the ceremony.

The Graduation calendar provides deadline dates so that you won’t miss out on your big day. Making sure you meet the deadline dates can assure you relaxation your final semester/term at Columbus State University.
